1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of Tiny Night Shift ("the app"), operated by Vincent Jackson ("the operator"). The app is a private tool used only by the operator to publish videos to the operator's own TikTok account. It is not available to the public.
2. Use of TikTok
The app connects to TikTok through TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The app only acts on the TikTok account that has explicitly authorized it, and only within the permissions granted.
3. Content
All videos published through the app are original, AI-generated content created for the operator. They do not depict real people, copyrighted characters or third-party brands, and they are labelled as AI-generated on TikTok.
4. Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services permissions. After revocation, the app can no longer upload to the account.
5. Availability and liability
The app is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as permitted by law.

Der Zugriff kann jederzeit in der TikTok-App unter Einstellungen und Datenschutz, Sicherheit und Berechtigungen, App- und Dienstberechtigungen widerrufen werden. Alle Inhalte sind KI-generiert, zeigen keine realen Personen und werden entsprechend gekennzeichnet. Die App wird ohne Gewähr bereitgestellt; die Haftung ist, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, auf Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt.
